New Hanover County Facilities Management seeks a qualified company to provide exterior and interior window/glass cleaning services to include all glass within the facility (where noted) at various County facilities. 3.2.2 The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, including lifts, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and any other incidentals or costs required to perform these services. 3.2.3 Company personnel working onsite at County facilities must be bonded. 3.2.4 Company uniforms must be worn at all times by all employees while on County property. 3.2.5 Contractor shall use a cleaning solution containing a non-streaking agent. 3.2.6 Contractor must be able to service all locations as specified. 3.2.7 The County reserves the right to add or remove facilities from this list and/or adjust the scope of service, as best benefits New Hanover County...
