I. Mandatory Equipment Pass/Fail Specifications. Simulator training must be performed in at least one of the below simulators. 1. Daher Kodiak 100 simulator. 2. Beechcraft King Air C90 simulator. 3. Beechcraft King Air B200 simulator. II. Additional Specifications. A. Daher Kodiak 100 1. Either a fixed or motion-based simulator that accurately replicates the cockpit and controls of the Kodiak 100. 2. Avionics based on the Garmin G1000. 3. Ground instruction will cover; a) aircraft systems and b) aircraft limitations. 4. Training program must be capable of providing instrument approach and holding credit in a FAA-approved: 4.1 Flight Simulator/Full Flight Simulator (FFS). 4.2 Flight Training Device (FTD). 4.3 Aviation Training Device (ATD). B. Beechcraft King Air C90 1. Either a fixed or motion-based simulator that accurately replicates the cockpit and controls of the King Air C90. 2. Avionics based on the Garmin G600 TXi, (alternate avionics Garmin G1000 or G600 with GTN750/650), preferably with a Garmin GTN 650 or 750 navigation system and Garmin autopilot. 3. Ground instruction will cover; a) aircraft systems and b) aircraft limitations. 4.
