The City of Santa Barbara (City) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) Administration duties and services for the El Estero Water Resource Center (El Estero) Electrical Distribution Renewal Project (Project). The anticipated Scope of Work is provided below; however, the final Scope of Work will be determined with the selected Consultant as part of the contract during negotiations and based on the suggested approach by the Consultant. The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to administer and apply the necessary obligations found in Attachment 1, “Community Workforce Agreement,” to this Project. The Consultant shall work collaboratively with the City's Community Workforce Coordinator and will designated as the Community Workforce Administrator for this Project, acting on behalf of the City to ensure compliance with the CWA. It is anticipated that the General Contractor shall complete all work within 39 months of the Notice to Proceed. The City expects construction to commence in the fall of 2024.
