Main Office: • Entrance door glass to be cleaned weekly. • Thoroughly dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces including file cabinets, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures, and all manner of furnishings in above named areas, damp wipe as needed if soil is present. • All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point. • Replace liner and damp wipe receptacle if soil is present. • Sweep, Dust mop, and Wet mop and rinse floors with disinfectant damp mop on hard surface floors, taking care to get into corners, along edges, under mats, and beneath furniture. • Vacuum all carpeted floors. Restrooms: • Stock paper towels, tissue, and hand soap (provided by customer) • Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed and replace liner. • Clean and polish mirrors • Wipe towel cabinet covers, dispensers. • Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out. • Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides and disinfected. • Scour and disinfect all sink basins, faucets, and faucet handles. • Dust partitions, tops of mirrors, and frames, damp wipe as needed. • Sweep, Dust mop, and Wet mop and rinse floors with disinfectant. • Use a high co-efficient disinfectant on all restroom surfaces and color-coded microfiber cloths for proper sanitation. Breakroom: • Damp wipes all tables, chairs, counters, exterior of appliances and sinks with disinfectant cleaner. • Check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary. • Sweep, Dust mop, and Wet mop and rinse floors with disinfectant on hard surface floors, taking care to get into corners, along edges, under mats and beneath furniture. Clean all cobwebs from all areas listed above. Windows/Light fixtures/Ceiling fans: twice per year clean all inside windows and light fixtures throughout office. Vendor will furnish all labor equipment and supplies to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition, including plastic can liners. Line 2 - Scrub and apply special tile floor care products to all VCT tile floors (1,097 sq ft) (Once per year) AND Scrub and wax all hardwood floors (3,519 sq ft) (Once per year) Line 3- Shampooing with extraction cleaning of all carpets (1,445 sq ft) (Once per year)
