The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: • Design: Design and recommend a video wall system and equipment to support our RTIC. • Equipment Supply: Provide all necessary video wall components and video conferencing capabilities, including but not limited to: o High-resolution LED/LCD display panels or TV’s. o Video wall controllers and processors. o Mounting systems and brackets. o Video cabling and connections. o Audio components. o Any additional accessories required for system functionality. ▪ Mandatory Requirements: ▪ No more than 16 HDMI inputs ▪ Video-conferencing capabilities ▪ Maximum Video Wall Size – 31’ 9 ¾" by 4’ 5 ¾" • Installation: Install the video wall system in the designated RTIC area, ensuring proper alignment, cabling, and connectivity. • Configuration: Configure the video wall system to integrate with existing RTIC software and hardware, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability. • Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of the video wall system to ensure it meets performance standards and operational requirements. • Training: Provide training for RTIC staff on the use and maintenance of the video wall system. • Support & Maintenance: Offer post-installation support and maintenance services, including warranty information and service-level agreements (SLAs).
