The County is requesting bids for removal and replacement of ceiling grid and ceiling tiles within the 1 st and 2nd floor of the building. Phase 1 - Contractor will tear out ceiling grid and tiles on the 1st and 2nd floor of building within 15 days from the date of such notification or as otherwise specified. Insulation will be removed but saved to be reinstalled by Contractor in same location as removed. Contractor will be notified once additional Contractors have completed work within building. Owner will contact Contractor to schedule completion of work under Phase 2. Phase 2 - Contractor will commence with installing new ceiling grid and ceiling tiles on 1st and 2nd floor of building. Placing insulation that was saved back in the same location as removed. Work shall be completed within 45 days of notification to begin Phase 2 by Owner. Ceiling Grid: Grid Color: White. Grid Style/Size: Prelude 15/16 inch, 24”x24” or comparable. Ceiling Tiles: Tile Color: White. Tile Size: 24”x24”, textured square-edged panels. Tile Style: Model 949 Armstrong or comparable.
