Tractor Assembly Requirements a. Pipe camera tractor assembly shall be self-propelled using battery power. Battery shall be rechargeable and have a run time a minimum of eight (8) hours. b. Tractor drive system shall consist of a minimum of four (4) drive wheels or tires and shall be able to transverse pipe sizes between eight (8) and thirty-six (36) inches using multiple sets rubber and/or pneumatic wheels or tires. Units must allow operators in the field to change out tire sizes and type in the field using basic hand tools. Drive system shall be steerable and have variable forward and reverse speeds controlled by an operator control panel detailed below. c. Unit can be equipped with a minimum of four our (4) different wheel size diameters to allow transversing different pipe sizes. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor to provide one 1 Self- Propelled tractor pipe camera system. d. The minimum tractor weight shall be forty (40) pounds minimum and maximum of sixty (60) pounds. e. The tractor unit shall be equipped with necessary hooks and ropes to allow unit to be lowered into a structure twenty (20) feet deep. f. Tractor shall be tethered back to the control panel with a cable capable of manually pulling the tractor backwards and transmitting images/data. g. Tractor shall be equipped with a forward oriented camera with digital pan tilt zoom with a minimum 1080p, 10x Optical, 120x digital. h. Tractor shall also be equipped with rear facing camera and lights to aid in retrieval. i. Tractor shall be equipped with light-emitting diode (LED) floodlights to illuminate the camera viewing. j. Tractor shall be equipped with a robotic elevating arm capable of elevating the camera. k. At minimum, tractor unit shall be equipped with a five-hundred and twelve (512) Megahertz (MHz) Sonde for locating work. l. Tractor, camera, and tether shall be able to withstand being submerged in up to thirty (30) feet of water...
