BR-01 - The solution shall provide the capability to provide accessibility criteria complying with WCAG 2.1 standards and Section 508 requirements compliance. BR-02 - The solution shall provide the capability to comply with CJIS per FBI CJIS policy. CJIS Requirements Companion 5.9.4.pdf, CALEA standards, and CSP policy for background records retention schedule. BR-03 - The solution shall provide the capability for a centralized location to house ALL documents. ➢ CDPS receives ~800 candidates per year who are referred to begin the background check process. Each candidate will need to attach up to 10 multipage documents to their online supplemental background questionnaire. CDPS can potentially add up to 10 more supplemental documents for a total of 20 multi-page documents. As a reference, in the current system, CDPS has used 600GB of storage between January 2019 and April 2024. BR-04 - The solution shall provide the capability to provide role-based, least-privilege access control. ➢ Roles are as follows, but this list is not exhaustive: ○ Background investigators in CBI and CSP ○ Human Resources in the CDPS Agency ○ Appointing Authorities/Approvers in the CDPS Agency ○ People outside the CDPS Agency who are applying for positions in the Agency
