Provide crack fill and two coats of sealcoat for the remaining 24,000 sf. Restripe per existing layout. Provide min 8 inches of class 6 basecourse at failed areas. Provide add alternate 2 for Area 3 Provide approx. 10,000 SF of 6-inch removal where pavement has failed. Replace it with a 6-inch asphalt patch. Provide crack seal and two coats of sealcoat on remaining 20,400 SF of parking lot. Provide min 8 inches of class 6 basecourse at failed areas. Provide unit prices to patch 6-inch asphalt at Entrance and exit Road. Per SF of area. Provide Unit price to crack seal and two coats of sealcoat per SF for the asphalt at entrance and exit road. Provide min 8 inches of class 6 basecourse at failed areas cost per SF replacement.
