1) Bidder must be able to supply bottled water of various sizes (if, applicable) and coolers for all Jefferson County Departments (county-wide) and PACA members, upon request. 2) Supply on-going cleaning and maintenance including, servicing equipment for hot and water coolers for the contract duration, on a as needed basis. 3) Must have the ability to deliver and replace at a minimum of (1) once on a weekly and/or twice (2) on a monthly basis, per departmental request. The delivery schedule shall be defined by the user department on their purchase order. 4) Provide as needed, drinking cups of various type, size, and quality. 5) The ability, capacity, and skill of the bidder to perform the service required within the specified time. 6) The quality and availability of the supplies or contractual services, to the particular use required. 7) Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials and supervision necessary to perform the work as required. 8) The quality of performance of previous contracts or services. 9) Sustainable financial resources to perform the contract or provide the services. 10) Must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and County Regulations and Guidelines as pertaining to services.
