e Centrifuge System Supplier to furnish Centrifuge equipment, accessories, and other named services as described herein. The system design and construction will be implemented in three steps: Step 1: The System Supplier will be selected by the Owner. Step 2: The selected System Supplier’s equipment will be incorporated into the Engineer’s design and the Construction Contract Documents. The start date for Step 2 is anticipated to be Q4 Calendar Year 2024. Step 3: When the Construction Project is bid, the Fixed System Price, delivery schedule, warranty and other terms and conditions of the selected System Supplier’s final Proposal will be included in the Construction Contract with the Fixed System Price being stipulated as a separate Bid Item for the Construction Project. The successful bidder for the Construction Project, the Contractor, will be required to purchase the pre-selected equipment from the selected System Supplier consistent with the System Supplier’s final quote and scope of supply. The Town shall have no contractual relationship with the selected System Suppler and will look solely to the Contractor for all aspects of the Construction Project. The Contractor will be required to utilize the selected System Supplier’s Scope of Supply in the Construction Project. The major milestones for Step 3 are anticipated to be: • Issue NTP to the Contractor – Estimated start date of Q1 Calendar Year 2026. • Achieve Substantial Completion – Estimated finish date of Beginning of Q2 2028. • Achieve Final Acceptance – Estimated finish date of End of Q2 2028.
