Renovation of three spaces in Building 800 to support the EMT and Nursing program; Rooms 808, 809 and 811. Scope of work will include, but may not be limited to, demolition of existing dry wall, removal of vinyl wall coverings and wood trim, patching and painting of existing dry wall, installation of new drywall, including texture and painting, relocation and installation of new electrical circuits, installation of new countertop, replacement of light fixtures, relocation of existing projectors and projection screens, removal of existing ceiling tiles and replacement with new ceiling tiles.
