Specifications include, but are not limited to: erosion control, tree protection and site protection, installation of temporary planting protection fencing, layout and locates, earthwork and rough grading, concrete slab and sidewalk work, concrete play area curbing and sub surface drainage installation, installation of limestone block benches and steel/wood picnic tables, grills and other similar site furniture, fine grading, soil preparation and amending, invasive species removal, tree pruning and removal, tree planting, shrub planting, raingarden and swale construction with subsurface drainange as indicated, boulder placement, picnic shelter construction, wading pool construction and all associated mechanical equipment installation, electrical lighting and receptacle installation, incidental restoration of site due to Contractor impact, and three-year native planting establishment period, and others as indicated in plans and specified in the project manual. The play equipment and surfacing, and all associated excavations, foundations, and finishes shall be by others and not a part of this contract.
