The scope of work includes GIS location of existing stormwater infrastructure (survey grade), creating an alpha numeric naming convention for structures, pipes, and culverts, provide CCTV Footage for each pipe, and provide NASSCO Reports for all pipes and structures within the City of Statesville Right of Way. The GIS Locations and information provided in the NASSCO Reports shall be provided to the City of Statesville GIS Department digitally for incorporation into the City of Statesville GIS Data Base. Data collection for catch basins shall include at a minimum: type, depth, material, condition, invert elevation, rim elevation and datum. Data collection for pipes and culverts shall include at a minimum: shape, diameter, material, condition, upstream elevation, downstream elevation and datum. The bidder warrants that bid prices, terms, and conditions quoted in the bid will be firm for a period of thirty (30) days from opening date. The City of Statesville reserves the right to deduct items as deemed in the best interest of the City.
