Stanislaus County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for bridge preventative maintenance on various county bridges chosen and funded by Caltrans’ Bridge Preventative Maintenance Project (BPMP). The selection committee will evaluate all proposals submitted. The scope of services will consist of but not limited to, the engineering design and preparation of 100% contract documents consisting of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the construction of each project. The scope of services may also include, but not limited to, conducting necessary environmental studies, clearing NEPA and CEQA environmental requirements, obtaining State and Federal permits and authorizations, securing any other relevant permits, per Standard Environmental Standard’s (SER). Scope of services shall also include obtaining all required right-of-way and easements, coordination with all relevant utility agencies, surveying, project management, public outreach services, completing all Caltrans required documentation for each phase of the projects, construction support, and construction surveying services.
