The District is seeking to retain a civil engineering led firm to provide professional design services to assist the District in meeting the conditions of the Resource Management Permit issued for the Former Driscoll Event Center Property located in La Honda Creek Open Space Preserve. The Project is anticipated to include the development of a permitting package for submittal to the San Mateo County Building Department and creation of construction drawings and specifications for the required improvements to the project site required by the Resource Management Permit Conditions. More specifically, the work is anticipated to include the demolition of several outbuildings, legalization of existing structures through the building permit process, preparation of a geotechnical report and fire access roadway plan and profile map, environmental health pump test, OWTS septic pumper evaluation and report, and site modifications as required by San Mateo County Fire.
