The general scope of services will include, but is not limited to the following: Project Management; Topographic Surveying (as needed to complete Final Design); Geotechnical Engineering consultation; Preliminary engineering. Type selection Report. Bridge and approach road plans. Bridge architecture. Hydrologic and Hydraulic analyses Creek Geomorphology Traffic handling 35%, 65%, and 95% Plans, Specifications, & Estimate (PS&E) packages. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Document Conformance, including obtaining necessary environmental permits from regulatory agencies; Right of Way Engineering Services, including appraisals, plat & legal preparation; Final design, including 100% and Final Construction Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions and Cost Estimates for the Bridge, Roadway approaches, Temporary utility support and pedestrian access bridge; Bidding and Construction Support Services; Preparation of Reports and Documentation in accordance with State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) and Local Assistance Program Guidelines (LAPG); Other services necessary to complete the Project.
