Scope of Work: 1. Supply and install two (2) solar-powered RRFB signs, one on each side of the trail crossing. 2. Supply and install one (1) solar-powered advance warning sign with flashing LED lights. 3. Install pedestrian push buttons and SmartWalk TX-S motion sensors on both sides of the crossing to activate the RRFB signs. 4. Configure RRFB signs to flash simultaneously for a timed cycle when activated by push button or motion sensor. 5. Set up advance warning sign for continuous flashing, with reduced intensity at night. 6. Provide all necessary mounting hardware, poles, and foundations. 7. Install solar panels and integrated battery systems for each sign. 8. Conduct testing and commissioning of all installed equipment. 9. Provide operation and maintenance manuals and basic training.
