A. IN-HOUSE CONSULTING SERVICES - The Consultant shall: • Work closely and directly with City of Mountain View staff and, upon the City’s request, be available to work at the City of Mountain View offices as necessary. B. CIP PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE - The Consultant shall: • Provide general project management services for traffic or transportationrelated projects as requested by the City; and • Have experience with civil design, roadway design, geometric design, traffic design, traffic calming, traffic management, synchro analysis, signal timing and coordination, fiber-optic design, and other engineering services. C. TRAFFIC ENGINEERING PLAN CHECKING AND REVIEW SERVICES - The Consultant shall: • Review and comment on the traffic engineering sections of PS&E documents, including, but not limited to, signing, striping, intersection geometrics, traffic signals, signal timing, street lighting, construction phasing, traffic control, etc. The documents will be reviewed for conformance to the latest Caltrans and City of Mountain View standards and specifications, or as directed by the City Traffic Engineer...
