Exterior Fence 1. All contractors will assess the entire exterior of the building areas during the walkthrough. The selected contractor will have stamped drawing/print or whatever is necessary for the Building Department approval. The selected contractor must receive a permit before the job can commence. Contractor will ensure all newly install fencing, gates, posts, etc., are plumb and level. 2. The contractor will purchase and install roughly 45 section of commercial aluminum fence six (6’) foot wide by eight (8’) foot high along with all necessary post, caps, wiring, cement etc. 3. The fence color that will be installed is black. 4. The contractor will purchase and install one (1) elongated sliding gate at the existing driveway opening for entry. 5. The contractor will purchase and install a keypad for opening the newly installed driveway gate. (Alternate 1). 6. The contractor will purchase and install a remote control for opening the newly installed driveway gate. (Alternate 2). 7. The contractor will purchase and install a keypad and remote control for opening the newly installed driveway gate. (Alternate 3). 8. The contractor will purchase and install one (1) four (4’) foot by eight (8’) foot high entry gate with security latch and lock on Fairfield Avenue opening for entry. 9. All newly installed fences and gate systems will match the existing ones. 10. All bids will be based on Davis & Bacon wadges.
