The Town of Enfield Department of Public Works (DPW) maintains over one million square feet of facilities space and hundreds of acres of parks and sports complexes. DPW has skilled trades and labor staff that perform the core of the maintenance and repair of these sites across Town. Workload or specialties that fall outside of DPW’s capabilities requires that the organization have reliable and skilled help to assist with maintaining the integrity of the Town’s facilities and infrastructure. Major equipment and its respective locations will be listed in “Appendix A” of this document. Services provided by the Proposer will address many mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) tasks. The Town requires additional skilled labor to complete or address emergencies so the Town may operate at full capacity and minimize the chance of unexpected location closure.
