This project includes the rehabilitation of Taxiway A, Taxiway B3, and the relocation of runway signage. The rehabilitation of Taxiway A includes all connector taxiways to Runway 11-29 (Taxiway A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and L). This element consists of milling of the existing taxiway surface, overlaying with new asphalt, localized full-depth pavement repairs, aggregate shoulder base construction, and placement of pavement markings. Construction of Taxiway B3 includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork and site preparation, construction of embankment, milling of existing pavement, construction of lime-treated subgrade, construction of aggregate base course, placement of asphalt pavement, construction of stormwater infrastructure, installation of new taxiway lighting and signage, and new taxiway pavement markings. The final element of this project includes the removal of taxiway lighting and signage at the existing runway holding positions and, installation of salvaged or new taxiway lighting and signage at proposed runway holding positions. The project will be constructed through a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery process. The CMAR Taxiway Rehabilitation is estimated to be an approximately $13 million to $15 million project
