The project consists of the construction of a Fire Training Facility-Fire Tower on property near Public Works on Hall Street in Laurinburg, NC. The facility will be constructed of steel storage containers assembled as shown on the construction drawings. The work will include but not limited to all erection, assembly, shop and field fabrication, welding, reinforced concrete foundations and slabs, stairs, platforms, handrails and other miscellaneous structural steel accessories as shown on the construction drawings. The owner will provide all of the storage containers and five (5) windows with frames on the proposed construction site. The windows and frames will require additional field fabrication in order to make them weather tight with the installation into the storage containers.
