Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services required to provide Holiday Decor Installation, Removal and Storage Services under this Contract. Services may be provided, but may not be limited to, any facility or property which is owned, operated, or maintained by the County. Holiday Decor Installation, Removal and Storage Services shall be provided in accordance with the following, which are incorporated herein by this reference. A. Construction Task Catalog® & Technical Specifications Titled: Job Order Contracting; Dated Not applicable (to be available for download after the Pre-Bid Meeting). B. All other requirements identified specifically in A Job Order Detailed Scope of Work, which include but not limited to drawings, additional specifications, as-built records, sketches, written scope narratives, standard specification from other local, state and federal agencies.;
