Exterior: 1) Clean exterior of building and gutters to remove contaminates and presently chalky surface. Removal and discard of all building signage. Fill holes as necessary with Shermax Caulk Elastomeric White. Protect and mask all other wall intrusions such as windows, lights, placards, antennas, anything on the building not being removed for painting, etc. Surface must be prepared for proper coating adhesion. Power washing recommended. 2) Apply TWO coats of Sherwin Williams High Performance Acrylic (HPA) Semi-Gloss (WHITE) to all exterior building surfaces including gutters and downspouts. 3) Airport Hangar Doors: All rusted and exposed metal must be sanded, grinded down, and primed with Sherwin Williams Rust Inhibitive Primer Kem Kromik Shite. Apply TWO coats of Sherwin Williams High Performance Acrylic (HPA) Semi-Gloss (WHITE). 4) Sand support columns of East Corporate Hangar door, prime wood, apply TWO coats of Sherwin Williams High Performance Acrylic (HPA) Semi-Gloss (WHITE).
