The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with Suppliers(s) to provide the pickup trucks identified within this section to the State of Minnesota and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. Subsequent Model Year productions and additional vehicles may be added to the Contract through a fully executed written amendment to the Contract. Model Year 2025- Ford F-150 Pickup Trucks - Chassis Cab trucks are excluded. All vehicles offered must be the latest production with new equipment and must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment and OEM available options. All equipment purchased under the Contract must meet all current State and federal regulations at time of vehicle production. To be considered for award of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation/Event, the Responder must be: 1.1 A vehicle manufacturer or an entity which has been authorized by the vehicle manufacturer to sell the make/model of the vehicle(s) proposed. Please note: No brokers are allowed. 1.2 Capable to receive and process up to one hundred (100) vehicles at any one time.
