Scott County (“County”) is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction management services for renovations to the Marschall Road Transit Station (MRTS) building for an approximately 17,500 square feet space to house behavioral health and day treatment clinical services. The selected CMAR will need to coordinate their services and work with County staff, County’s selected architectural firm for the Project, EAPC, and potential partner tenants including Allina Health during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the Project. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §471.463, the County is soliciting the submittal of qualifications and proposals from firms who provide CMAR services and have a proven track record of performing as a CMAR on projects similar to the Project.
