All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Janitorial Services for the period 10/1/2024 Thru 9/30/2025. Specifications for cleaning the building five (5) days per week (Monday thru Friday) 1. Clean and disinfect all restrooms in their entirety. 2. Sweep/Dust Mop all Floors. 3. Dust desks, computers, Etc., as needed. 4. Mop Floors, Including tile floor in bathrooms, per manufacturer's instructions. 5. Empty, disinfect and replace bags for all trash receptacles. 6. Clean all mirrors in each restroom. 7. Use special fragrances to ensure freshness throughout the building. 8. Clean and disinfect water fountains. 9. Clean lobby and office windows, as needed. 10. Vacuum floor mats/rugs. 11. Perform vinyl plank floor maintenance, per manufacturer's guidelines.
