Service location: Pond Springs Historical Site, 12280 AL Highway 20, Hillsboro, AL 35643. Mowing and ground maintenance service, estimated 38 visits per year. Total site includes approximately 50 acres. Service Period 10/1/2024-9/30/2025. Billed monthly for services provided during that month. Each service to include: Cutting lawn area with mower. Clean up of Leaves. Cutting small trees and vines out of shrubbery. Trim shrubbery, as needed. (Approximately 2 acres of Boxwood Gardens). Clear clippings from walkways, parking lots, and drives. Remove limbs, small trees from walk and driveways as needed. Bush hog as needed. Furnish equipment needed to mow/trim/clean the property (Approximately 10 acres).
