All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. 1. Floor care to include: strip and wax (reapplying at least 3 coats of wax) tiled floors once per year - exact date to be determined. Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (furniture move/replace, square footage, etc), a site visit is REQUIRED. 2. Floor care to include: steam clean carpeted areas once per year. 3. Floor care to include: clean all grouted areas once per year.
