Specifications include, but are not limited to: secure professional services to (1) provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items for the installation of downtown planters; and (2) provide plants, flowers, decorations, and maintenance for such installations. Planter Installation: o Supply and install a variety of planters in designated areas. o Ensure planters are weather-resistant and complement the city's aesthetic. Plant and Flower Installation: o Select and plant a variety of plants and flowers throughout the year that are suitable for the local climate. o Ensure plants are low-maintenance and provide seasonal color and fullness. Decorative Elements: o Design and install decorative elements such as banners, seasonal decorations, small sculptures, etc. o Coordinate with City officials and/or businesses to ensure decorations align with the city’s identity and seasonal themes. Maintenance Plan: o Provide a maintenance plan for the ongoing care of the planters, plants, and decorative elements. o Include options for seasonal plant replacements and decoration updates.
