The City of Willits (CITY) is looking for a consultant or consulting firm that can provide Consultant in a Management Support Role (CMSR) services of a City Engineer and Engineer of Record for water, wastewater, storm drain, and street improvement project plans. The CITY is soliciting Qualifications for a Contractor in Management Support Role (CMSR) to provide the services of a City Engineer, or equivalent, to serve as Engineer of Record for local, State, and Federal projects and support management with oversight of standards and deadlines. Projects include but are not limited to, civil engineering, water and wastewater engineering, project management, environmental permitting/compliance, construction inspection, materials testing, land surveying, managing or directing work of other consultants or contractors on behalf of the city, and other related services.
