Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) intends to renew an agreement with Boschung America LLC for up to 12 months to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and monitoring services. All services will continue to support Boschung’s Roadside Weather Information System (RWIS) and Fixed Anti-Icing Spray Technology Systems (FAST). MnDOT has a substantial number of these systems installed in multiple service districts. Boschung America’s services will include Fall and Spring switchovers for Boschung anti-icing systems (replacing water with CF7 anti icing chemical, pressurizing the system, firing and calibration of all sprayers at each location), as well as reviewing circuit panels, diagnosing errors, and providing service, repairs, and parts as needed for these systems.
