Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Ahead of the painting contractor, PPSC Facilities will remove all relevant signage and the contractor will be responsible for the following: • Contractor must attend mandatory walkthrough and be prepared to field verify square footage of surface area to be painted to determine quantities of paint needed. • Patch holes and Drywall imperfections • Prime walls as appropriate to insure paint coverage and adhesion • Caulk cracks and joints as needed • Protect/mask all surfaces that are not to be painted • Apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super paint to walls • Apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams pro industrial waterborne urethane alkyd enamel to door frames • Multiple colors will be applied in the paint scope 1-2 base colors and up to 3 accent colors and 1-3 door frame colors
