The selected contractor will be expected to assume the following responsibilities: • Provide and make available one (1) project manager who will function as the county’s sole point of contact on this RFP and work directly with the county’s project manager throughout the implementation of the new public website solution. • Be the point of contact throughout the implementation and ongoing use of the new public website solution where adjunct or ancillary parts of the solution are provided by sub-contractors or teaming partners. • Furnish, install, configure, and test all equipment, software, and services for the proposed solution. • Implement and cut over to a new public website solution, including migrating users and importing existing data. • Provide 24/7/365 incident technical support for the new public website solution. • Provide routine system maintenance for the new solution, including deploying system updates, applying configuration settings to ensure system security, and supporting problem management activities to improve the environment’s capability, availability, and reliability. • Provide public website training for up to (3) administrators and up to (5) support staff or train-the-trainer staff. Such training should be online or, if in-person, on location at the county’s place of business in Hastings, Minnesota. • Provide initial how-to documentation, videos, user guides and other aids for end users of the new public website that the county may freely reproduce for internal use without copyright infringement.
