• Design memorandum regarding check valve designs • Prepare Contract Documents – Prepare plans and specifications for construction of the designed structures, pipelines, site improvements, and other project components. The plans and specifications shall be suitable for bidding as a single Public Works Contract. Provide an engineer’s estimate of probable cost of construction. Provide a list of applicable bid items and quantities. Stamp and seal the Contract Documents with a California Professional Engineer’s license. o Assume 75%, 100%, and Final design package milestones, including written responses to District comments, questions, and clarifications for each milestone. • Bid Support – Provide support to OCWD during bidding. o Assume 3 Bid RFI • Schedule – Final design package shall be delivered within four months of Agreement execution, which is anticipated to occur in November 2024.
