The intent of this RFP is to secure a better solution to meet the needs of the departments in Health and Wellbeing (HWB), which includes the Student Health Center, Center for Counseling and Psychological Services, Center for Wellness Promotion, and Center for Integrated Care. Presently, two Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems are being utilized to meet their needs. The goal is to find a single EHR system capable of meeting the needs of all HWB areas while also providing features that may not be present or are not as robust in the current systems. The new system should also be able to permit the future inclusion of additional campus functional areas if desired. Integrations with other services will also be part of this project.
