Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is located in Pueblo, Colorado and consists of all work required to complete the requirements of the Contract Documents, generally defined as: channel realignment and channel stabilization by placing toe wood, soil riprap, wrapped soil lifts, soil riprap bank protection and soil riprap slope protection; constructing heavy void-filled riprap riffle structures, re-vegetation including, riparian and upland seeding, erosion control blanket and cottonwood poles and willow stakes; willow trenches, clearing and grubbing; water control and dewatering; erosion and sediment control; and excavation and embankment. The Contract Time for construction is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion for Phases 1 and 2 of the Work. Contractor obligations will extend through a two-year warranty period to ensure the quality of the Work and to ensure the establishment of revegetation.
