1. Provide all concrete materials, labor, placement equipment, curing measures, and excavation work to complete all specified foundations, slabs on grade, elevated slabs, under slab granular fill, sidewalks, equipment pads, etc… 2. Provide and install all concrete accessories (water stops, waterproofing, primers, carton forms, Rigid insulation at foundations, etc.) 3. Excess excavated materials are to be disposed of offsite by this subcontract. 4. Provide all reinforcing and accessories necessary. Reinforcing for the ICF walls to be by others. 5. Provide all formwork, termite treatments, and vapor barriers. 6. Provide all keyways, expansion joints, saw cuts, tactile warnings, and associated materials. 7. Provide the setting of misc. metal items, provided by others, in cast-in-place concrete for anchor bolts, embeds, block outs, etc. 8. Coordinate and provide proper curing methods per the project specifications. 9. Provide and install all foundation work including but not limited to: a. Footings, tie beams, spot footings, pedestals, etc. 10. Provide and install all elevated slabs. 11. Provide and install all sidewalks. This includes base materials under sidewalks. 12. Provide and install all concrete paving. Base materials by others under paving. 13. Provide and install all concrete joint sealants. 14. Provide and install all stem/retaining walls, footings and fluid-applied waterproofing. 15. Provide and install all architectural concrete.
