The Bureau of Street Services (StreetsLA) is seeking the services of a consultant to assist StreetsLA to complete the plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) phase for this project and provide design support during construction. The project goal is to deliver a safer environment for pedestrians and bicyclists, connect to future Metro transit corridors, connect to key land uses (i.e. retail, employment centers, schools), elevate historic landmarks, and spur economic growth. The 28 schools located within one mile of the project, and the disadvantaged communities in the southern segment of Sepulveda Boulevard, will greatly benefit from the safe routes and improved connections to community-serving uses that the project will provide.
