Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Managed Services to all Cherokee Nation Health Services (CNHS) facilities, including nine health centers, one employee health center, behavioral health program, and one hospital, consisting of serving as the intermediary between CNHS and vendors providing temporary staffing for physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and allied health professions. Managed Services Provider will coordinate all temporary staffing needs across Health Services, interface with different vendors, assure compliance with clinical and administrative requirements, and oversee onboarding (e.g., clinical privileges, financial credentialing, initial training and competency, etc.) for all temporary staff, and provide consolidated invoices for staffing expenses from vendors with oversight to assure appropriate rates and amounts for staff.
