StreetsLA is seeking the services of up to four (4) consultant firms (Consultants) for this Project with the capabilities to design approximately 300 access ramps[1] per selected firm. The services shall start as early as October 2024 and continue through the end of the PQOC Civil Engineering Services Consultants Contract term, currently anticipated to be extended through October 22, 2029. Topographic survey, engineering design, design support during construction, and potential construction management are required activities for all access ramps. The engineered access ramps, including necessary adjoining sidewalks, curb and gutter, cross-gutters, bud pads, alleys and driveway approaches, are required to be in compliance with the PROWAG, ADA, City standard plans and specifications, and other current applicable standards. The Consultants shall be reporting to the Project Management Team (PMT) at StreetsLA. The Consultants shall be required to deliver engineering design as further defined under Design Services, Construction Management Services, Technical Interface, Design Approval and Staffing sections of this TOS. The services provided are subject to a periodic review, at least once quarterly or as deemed necessary by the PMT.
