Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station and the construction of new sanitary sewer lines. The new sanitary sewer lift station will be constructed at the corner of Cottonwood Road and Pacheco Road; and the sanitary sewer lines will be constructed starting from the lift station heading north as a force main and terminating as a new sanitary sewer gravity line that will terminate near the wastewater treatment plant. Other items of work includes trenching, bracing, shoring, installation of various size sewer lines ranging from 8-inches to 30-inches, construction of new manholes and cleanouts, roadway rehabilitation, block wall, wet well, pumps, electrical, mechanical and various appurtenances to make a fully operational sewer lift station and sanitary sewer lines.
