All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. For the Period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Janitorial Services, per specifications attached in solicitation document - 5 days per week - beginning at 1:00 pm and must be completed and depart by 6:00 pm. ADPH will furnish paper products, trash bags, and soap. Awarded vendor to supply all other chemicals, materials, and/or equipment to complete these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (square footage, etc), a site visit is MANDATORY. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered. Site visit is scheduled for 9/03/24 at 11:00 am.
