Specifications include, but are not limited to: Janitorial Services, per specifications attached in solicitation document -5 days per week - Services must be completed during the hours of 3 pm and 7 pm. Approx 8,800 sq ft (not all square footage will be serviced). ADPH will furnish paper products, trash bags, and soap. Awarded vendor to supply all other chemicals, materials, and/or equipment to complete these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (square footage, etc), a site visit is MANDATORY. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered.; For the Period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Floor Care to include: strip and wax all VCT flooring twice per year - to include removing and replacing furniture, if needed - exact dates to be determined.
