The LHA invites bids from qualified and licensed entities to provide the vehicle insurance coverage with a $500.00 deductible, as detailed below for the entire fleet as listed on Attachment A. The period of coverage will be 12-months, beginning October 01, 2024, through October 01, 2025. Eastern Time at the LHA’s (Insured’s) address. The annual premium charge for any optional terms unilaterally allowed by the LHA shall not escalate or de-escalate more than the average percentage allowed by the Massachusetts Division of Insurance for automobile coverage for the year in which the optional term is contemplated. The HA invites all interested parties to submit a bid to provide Massachusetts Commercial Automobile Insurance for the Authority’s vehicles and equipment for a period of one (1) year commencing 10/01/2024. The policy will be quoted on the basis of the Authority’s current fleet of vehicles and equipment with the Authority reserving the right to add or subtract vehicles and equipment during the term of the policy.
