Specifications include, but are not limited to: New side RTU’s: 8 Trane units all located on roof (single story building with flat roof easy access). Also, on new side is 1 Mitsubishi unit. (outside on side of building) Old side RTU’s: 4 Trane units all located on roof (single story building with flat roof easy access). 2 more Trane units, one located outside A-Unit on the ground and other unit is outside B-Unit on the ground. 3rd PM, detailed request: Wash/clean all air-cooled condensers, report and deficiencies, clean all blower wheels, condensate pans. All split loop units’ and condensers cleaned in June 2025 PM and generate reports and quote deficiencies. Replace filters each PM with high performance MERV 8 rated filters and lube as needed. Inspect all HVAC electrical and mechanical components (every PM). Check operation of refrigeration and heating circuits in all equipment (every PM). Clean out drains on all FCU unit’s (every PM). Replace all belts on RTU’s and FCU’s on June PM 2025.
