The Project consists of the abandonment of approximately 1,518 LF of existing 10-inch reinforced concrete sanitary sewer main and the installation of approximately 1,523.6 LF of 12-inch PVC and 41 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main. The Project is generally located in Washington St. from E. 73rd Ave. to E. 75th Ave. in Adams County, Colorado, and all being within the boundaries of the District. The successful bidder will be responsible for construction of the Project and for providing for all aspects of the construction, project schedules, and all facets of constructing the types of improvements listed above, and as may be required by the District. All work is to be performed in accordance with Project’s Contract Documents, District’s Engineering Standards and Rules and Regulations.
