Rehabilitation of off-system bridge structure number LIN-32-2W.0A, which carries County Road 32 over the Big Sandy Creek. The bridge deck is significantly deteriorated, containing rust and complete section loss in some portions of the deck. The rehabilitation will consist of a deck replacement, upgrading the bridge rails and guardrail to current MASH standards, and address drainage issues. A shoo-fly beside the bridge will be utilized to carry traffic around the bridge while work is being completed. The major components of the project include the following items: ▪ Construction of a temporary shoofly detour ▪ Removal of existing deck and portions of structure ▪ Installation of new superstructure, bridge rail, and guardrail
