Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The vendor will create a design and plan that will provide an outcome the City needs for Cityworks PLL. 2. The qualified firm will provide a comprehensive service to complete the implementation of the approved design. These services will include planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation updates, communication, and coordination with other parties involved in the overall project. The selected contractors must be willing to work in a cooperative manner with the City of Durham staff and other parties working on behalf of the City of Durham. 3. The scope of this project plan will include the implementation of Cityworks PLL platform and verification of functionality, as well as verification of integration capability with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. 4. The contractor will provide a plan of action for delivery along with a work breakdown structure. 5. The contractor will be expected to provide experienced staff with adequate expertise in project management and comply with the implementation standards required by the City of Durham.
